Introduction Remember the feeling the first time you rode a bicycle? Or when a dear friend calls up after ages? How about when a loved one passes? Emotions are deep, meaningful and memorable, and marketers and brand owners often forget the privilege of communicating and engaging with people. Each click, each purchase, each email is a moment of bonding between a brand and a consumer, and has infinite potential to be more than just a transaction.

Consultant
Introduction mIndicator is a popular transit app used by millions of people every day in Mumbai, providing a range of information such as routes and timings for buses, trains, the underground, and more. I was initially introduced to the team at a Google Partner Design Sprint, where I was a mentor, and had the chance to provide a brief holistic UX audit of the product. Post that, I continued that mentorship for a few weeks, until I was asked to spearhead the rebranding effort, a project I was well positioned to undertake given my weeks of hands-on experience with the product.

Agrahyah
Introduction Mooshak was created as a social platform for India, targeted at the Hindi speaking audience in the country. Built from the ground up with a vernacular audience in mind, every tiny aspect of the app was designed keeping in mind that everything we knew and assumed about conventional design had to be foregone. My Role As part of the design team at Agrahyah, I led the brand, visual and experience refresh, and undertook the redesign at the grassroots of the product ideology - connecting भारत, rather than India.
